SAN JORGE Y LA PRINCESA
Based on the painting of Bernat Martorell, master of Catalan and Aragonese Gothic, which inspired me in form and style. The paint and the colors are to my liking since the clients do not want it exact. To do it I spend many hours and if I do it my style is no longer a copy. This type of altarpiece is inspired by the international Gothic of the XV century, late Gothic Italian influence that is the one that marked the style. Then it was done in all of Christian Europe. This type of pieces were in Italy, Spain, France, etc ... It has been added a frame carved with gold leaf and marbled so that the piece has more strength. Both in the photos and on YouTube you can see the manufacturing process. Its size is: 180cm high x 125cm wide.
